as the rift between haves and have-nots is growing rapidly, i see our country moving towards the thailand situation. one very corrupt party with populist politics gets massive support from poor/rural while an urban based party gets frustrated with continuous loss in elections and turns to street violence. won't we see the same in india if the party backed by industry and middle class wont come to power now and even in lets say, next elections?
(please don't turn this into namo-RG debate. students of sociology, pol sci, admin and other streams are requested to put forth views. also can similar or such analytical question came in mains, of course without mention of political party)
