Purpose of the thread

1. The prime purpose of this thread is to post MCQs and answers with explanation if possible.

2. To help people, esp newbies, about this exam. For example, what sources one should refer, strategy to follow etc.

Just these two purposes only. Please do not post any comment related to issues other than the above two. Not a single comment.
If you want to get indulge in bakar, please shift to night birds thread or create a separate bakar thread for yourself.

Again, Strictly limit yourself to those above two purposes only.

For UPPSC one needs to refer some UPSC sources along with few others.

UPSC sources:
Geography NCERTs.
Laxmikant polity
Spectrum modern India
Economics NCERTs
Environment NCERT 12th class bio wali
Art and culture ki NCERT and sighania ka notes. Don’t go for his book. Notes are enough, short and crisp.

Apart from it you can refer,

Lucent- history, science, few parts of geography and economics.. economic mein aazadi se abhi tak ke significant schemes, policies, planing etc dekh sakte hain..
Ghatna chakr ki MCQ wali books for all subjects.
Environment ke misc topics kahin se bhi leke ratta laga lo.
Current affairs- UPSC ke liye jo padha hai. Revise that. And refer ghatna chakr ki magazine.

I hope this should be enough. Rest, wait. Others may add something to it.
