Is it advisable for a last attempt veteran to appear for prelims if not particularly prepared for the Mains?
Age-wise I have one more year.
Selected in state service for a block level job. Next to zero possibility that department will allow a leave of 4 months between prelims and mains in 2020.
*Crash course/Test series etc etc...can they make it happen? Or will it just be a leap of faith?*

Strict no......use Ur last year......study mains for 9 months... N go far 4 months for pre in 2020..... without mains preparation there is no use of qualifying pre
