I have read standard books once, but have not covered CA upto the mark, have not done any revision at all. If I solve 3-4 tests a day for next 20 days with analysis, will it be sufficient for prelims scheduled on 02 June, 2019?

My advice would be to at least go through Vision's monthly CA for the last 6 Months and then revise it once. There's enough time for that before prelims.
I know solving tests can be addictive and fun but you need wholesome knowledge to sail through.

Well, nuance. If you're gonna do this, treat them as textbooks. Read the solutions of even the ones you mark right and try to extract info and make it revisable ( word?) by making very short notes.
