well, guys, honestly my argument was not about whether kejriwal is right or not....i wanted to point out that either India has corrupt politician or unqualified politician or both.....my argument was more on indian system than any political party or person....for now, enjoy the mockery of democracy.
The simple point i want to make is give the man some time atleast.
Agreed that he is displaying a little lack of political sense but he will learn . Just be patient and let the guy go through his learning curve . I agree with @vinay88 .
There is no room for error in a Democracy. In the words of Pratap Bhanu Mehta - 'Governance and administration is not an on-job training'. If you don't know how to handle it, make way for others, learn and then contest in an election at a future date.
Kejriwal aspires to establish direct democracy. That is always going to fail since the system becomes too chaotic. There is a reason why most demecratic governents are republican in structure with an elected repersentative. We saw direct democrasy in action during the French Revolution. We all know how that ended.

Hmm thats a nice statement to prove your point but its an idyllic one considering Indian Politics where the existing so called 'learned' leaders from some of the top universities are only contributing to their accounts in Swiss banks . If this is what highly intellectual and trained leaders can do ,its better to have someone amongst us who though untrained can learn gradually and work sincerely for us.

kejriwal came to fora of indian politics through mass movements. his road shows and direct contact with peolple has brought him to the position he is today. A surge of such magnitude has baffled everyone, be it congress of bjp or for that matter even themselves. They were not ready for it. Amused at AAP's reluctance over the same Congress had laid a support trap. Since then the check mate game is on...
The period between delhi elecn and the Gen Election in April is like a 20-20 match. AAP team are relying on quickfires to post a challenging total at gen election. Congress and BJP are all eyes to catch any misfire.
As far as support for AAP's way of governance is concerned, it cannot be a binary decision of yes/no. They will try every populist measure in the book at least for next six months. May be then political dust will settle. Till then sneezing may be heard all around

Bro, Delhi IS NOT a Union Territory. Check your facts. It has a special status in the constitution and hence called NCT of Delhi, formed under NCT of Delhi Act, 1991 and Constitution (Sixty-ninth Amendment) Act, 1991.
Basically, India is fed up with the major old parties. We're looking for alternatives. Who-so-ever seems to give hope stands to gain at this point in time. This is the "Indian spring," I guess - demure, thought it may be. This generalised sense of antiestablishment outrage has peaked as a moving theme the world over, over the past few years. India cannot be an exception.
Of course, being a democracy, we have chosen the way of the ballot to express our outrage. Kejriwal and his ilk have benefited from that. A third front is also in the offing. Now is the time for the old guards to introspect. They need to redefine themselves and become more in sync with the present day realities. These realities include a people who are 1. more literate, 2. quite young and restless, 3. more aware of their rights and 4. not shy of demanding those rights.
What ever happens to Kejriwal's party in the future would depend on how they deliver. I fear that the old parties would remodel themselves and adapt to the challenges while the AAP would actually regress into old politics (like caste politics). If that happens, it would be a shame.
AAP can't remain one-issue-party focussed on corruption either. It needs to prove to the people that it is capable of rising to the challenges of governance. As has been rightly pointed out, governance has no room for on-the-job training - you perform or perish. The recent statements by certain leaders about Kashmir, or talks about increasing reservations, or the present state of "anarchic protests" in Delhi, or even Kejriwal's claim of being an anarchist himself, leave a lot to be desired.
