2017 was randomized. 2016 was based on distance from delhi(pincode wise/state wise)

it is not statewise. 2017 was random. though 2016 was statewise. in 2016 interview started on 18th march and rajasthan people had from 27th or so. i am from southern rajasthan and mine was scheduled on 3rd april
