Agar exam process timely ho jaisa 18 mains, 19 pre scheduled time mai hue aur agar inke result timely aa jate h to age/attempt reduce krna sahi step ho sakta h.....40, 45(even 55) doesn't seem rational as: 1----jo already job mai h wo 32+ mai prep kr raha h to kahin na kahin work efficiency aur family time mai compromise ho raha hoga. 2---agar koi bina job k kr raha h to bhi candidate k khud k liye baht detrimental h as aur kisi xam, job etc mai scope nhi bachta..... It's just an opinion..... Jo reduce krne k against h kripya apne tark btaye as it will help in broadening my view further
Aap kuch cases suppose kriye--- 1)koi banda 31 ka hai usne Abhi tk sirf upsc dhang se diya hai ....aur apne mind m bna rakha hai ki upsc k 6 attempt baad hi uppsc denge but achaanak ye ho jaaye to wo kya krega.....general category k liye limited govt jobs hi hai 30 k baad....wo banda to road p aa jaayega...agr ek 1 saal extension bhi de di govt tb bhi pressure m nhi niklega mostly ka 2)college k baad job pakad li....job k saath hi exam dete rahe 3 4 saal with less preparation kyoki dimaag m tha attempt se fark nhi padega for the sake of experience de lete hai....jb job chhodenge tb achhe se denga....jb wo job chhoddta hai ek saal prepare krta hai tb uske pass bs 1 attempt bachega is uncertain exam m..is it fair?? 3)aise case m unhe aaraam rhegi jinke pass kaafi achha guidance starting se hai....ek normal aspirant 1 2 attempt m exam ko samajh hi paata hai
Koi bhi step immediate effect se nhi hona chahiye.... Gradually kre taki log prepared rahe... Baki @uda_dunga bhai ne kaha army and Josh wali... Baat ye hoti h ki jaise jaise aadmi age mai aage badh jata h uski ideology, mindset, attitude etc set ho jata h phir use mould krna almost impossible h..... Aajkal jitni awareness h pehle nhi thi... Ab log distance learning se graduation krte h aur simultaneously prep krte h....lots of exp of people from poor background, from backward regions etc se 1-2 attempt mai hi exam crack kr rahe h..... Reforms are need of the hour.... But jo ho gradually ho.....

Bhai reform to governance me jaruri h ..selection procedure me.bhit reform aaya ethics ka.paper aaya young ladke laye bt aap andar jana to dekhna status quo abhi bhi bana hua hai..main jis chote se district me rehta hu bhai yaha se aapko har saal top 10 me hi 2-3 around bande mil jayenge ..kuch log isi district ke forum pe bhi acchi rank laye hain..yaha na to newspaper(2 sal pehle yaha hindu 2 din purana aata tha) mil pata na hi books mil pati...ye jab bahar jakar apni job me establish ho.jate hain to hi exam par poora focus kar pate hain...

Uske baad reservation ki.bhi baat aati h jisme ur ke bande 32 yrs ke hote baki sab around 35-37 ..sare reservation up me lekar 65-70 perc ho jate .. to ethical aur moral degradation ,laziness, inwardness UR ke bando ka hi sabse jada hota 32 pe aate ate ye thoda digest kam hota ... Reform ki bahot jarurat h sabse pehle power concentration me, liability , answerability me
