sirr.. while filling detailed analysis form...by mistake .i filld diffrent place in my birth place ..i called to upsc office many times but ..no one is responding ....so i need your help..how to resolve this mistake ,,,whom to contact ..n sir,,one of frd told me to take affidavit to office ..bt idnt evn knw how to deal with,where to submit ,n how much it cost for...plz..guide me..!!!!

Drop an email on upsc email address available on upsc website Affaidavit can be submitted at the time of interview Upsc is very liberal on these issues so no need to worry.
Just write an email to csm-upsc@nic.in or csm_upsc@nic.in I dont know which one is it. Just send a mail to both. You will be alright. Even then if you are not satisfied, then call A.S Negi Sir or S.K. Biswas Sir from UPSC, during office hours.
