- Essay was tougher than previous years. Philosophical topics dominated. Only 2 factual topics in whole paper, that too in section 1. Section 2 was completely philosophical. Scores will nose dive.
- GS1 was easy. Generic questions, no world history, no post independence. (Hours and hours of Norman Lowe and Bipin Chandra mugging went to waste. Damn UPSC )
- GS2 was tricky. No opinion on score movement.
- GS3 was tough. Sendai/Hyogo, Bose-Einstein, DDT/LCGT... Phew, that was some pointed stuff.
- GS4. Well, GS4 is GS4. Depends on writing speed and luck.
