Is there any good summary of 2nd arc?

My advice: Do not look for summaries of ARC reports.

Summaries overlook the most important parts of the report.

Eg. the Disaster Risk Reduction schematic given in page 9, or the 3 tier Hierarchy flowchart given in page 30.

Can you please tell me, which reports are must read? Since some of the reports are very very big ones. That is why I was asking for summaries.

Bro, other than report 4 (Ethics in Governance) of 2nd ARC, you don't have to read any other report cover to cover.

Just read the text given in boxes (includes recommendations as well), note down important diagrams and you're good to go.
