Because of outcome as students know what ll be the outcome.....bhains k aage bin bajane jaisa hai....
yes thats true , upsc can't be subverted unless its the PM who shows interest.
That's the point and he ll not do the same...because we upsc students are not his vote banks.. Have u seen last yr SSC fiasco...what was the outcome Last year one of our member santra filled case against upsc for the same in sc but what was the outcome....again like safety valve they came with representation system...
When another writ petition " Vishal Rathi & Others vs UPSC" was filed , Judges told why you people come here for such things. And even they answered few qsna answers like " Right to Vote & to be elected " is Legal Right. It was oral observation. And see what happened. UPSC gave wrong answer.
We aspirants are bounded by many limitation. There is fault in every system and like aam janta we ignore the issues. Or only few can support you rest mass make fun.

Don't listen to this idiot. They fooled all the petitioners that senior advocate Colin was appearing for the case and in the end they went with some unknown guy who was fresh out of college.
Sc judges will naturally listen to very very senior advocates out of respect but here they went with some unknown lawyer.
The case was lost because of this and also because no solid argument was made about why rtv is constitutional right.
They went there to listen to the lecture given by the court, told okay sir and came back without even trying to convince about evidences.
These guys wanted extra attempt only and they cared least about proving questions wrong. Selfish interests killed the movement
