Yesterday a friend came to meet me in the evening. He had my phone, and he was looking at some old pics. His id was @Himesh . And he was chatting on forumIAS with a girl @Bawri e hindustan . She gave him her telegram id. He didn't have telegram, and he messaged her from my account that "I'm that Shayar." And he told me I'm chatting with her from your account.
I immediately snatched my phone and deleted the message. @Bawri e hindustan had replied "Ok". I blocked her, and asked my friend to chat with her with his own account instead. He installed telegram, and started chatting with her. I've no idea what they chatted, and I didn't ask him either, as it was not my business.
So this is what I'm aware of. My friend sent her " I'm that shayar." Did my friend harass her by this one comment, I don't know. I leave it to you guys to decide.
Now when they chatted, @Bawri e hindustan asked my friend who was gaurav vats. He said he didn't know, and why he said this he only knows. I'll ask him to come here and clear.
Now, @Bawri e hindustan thought someone had hacked their inbox and got her id. She called me a chhuha, kutta and bhadwa. Look at her comments on page 230. She decided to hurl abuses on me, and made allegations. She shared the screenshot, and made my id public. All this when she was talking about the right to privacy of a girl.
So guys and girls, this is the legal issue involved. Did my friend harass her by a single message "I'm the shayar", it's upto you to decide.
And now coming on the ego tussle. She said she'll make my home kabristan, and my family will suffer, "legally". And on this aspect, I challenged her to go ahead. I stand by every word I said. EVERY SINGLE WORD.
I request @Neyawn@root and other @mods like @DrKingSchultz and @Aks to kindly look into this matter. And I'm willing to cooperate in every possible way. Just because someone is a girl, it doesn't give her the right to make unsubstantiated allegations on anyone.
And I would request my friend to come on forum to clear the air as well. Do one thing, file a case, and match the ip address of @Himesh , the new account he'll make, the telegram account of him he chatted with later with @Bawri e hindustan .
And to all the forumites, just because it's a girl vs guy case, kindly don't jump to conclusions. Go through the matter once, and then decide. And still if you think I've a legal case against me, you're most welcome to support her. I've nothing personal with anyone except @Bawri e hindustan , and I won't judge you for your opinions.

Similar shit has happened with me also. Nobody talks about abusive women. Just because he is a male he must be guilty...
People have passed judgement without even ascertaining the facts of the matter and even blamed upsc for selecting a "wrong" candidate.

I request UPSC to create a panel from forumites to distribute the certificates to candidates to be recruited. Just to ensure that the "flawed" system can become able to filterout the candidates whom the Panel finds unfit to be IAS. PS- Bhai ek certificate humko bhi...I have put forward your intelligent filtering out capacity.
