Is there a possibility of RPSC releasing RAS 2019 notification before finishing 2018 Interviews? Just a curious thought

Thanks for the reply. You dashed my hopes ...Few seniors are saying that RPSC can release it before 2018 interviews. Padh padhke ab bore ho gaye hai aur jab tak actual prelims hoga i will be totally exhausted. True its a marathon race and patience is the key i guess.
Mains ka result kya lagta hai kab tak aayega aur court case ka kya hoga?
" Result of Main Examination, 2018 for RAS and allied services, to be held on 23.12.2018 onwards, not be declared till further directions/ permission of this Court " this was HCs order. Copies can b chkd. Issue is abt result If rpsc n gvt take prmsn...noone knws exctly what may happen. In 2016 xm HC ordrd to reject 5% sbc students, case is pending in sc but everyone has joined on 3rd july. ..incl sbc.
