Feeling low and disappointed thoda motivation dedo koi bhai log.
Hello @D_Escapist Though, I don't like and believe in motivational video, and stories as well, here is one for you which I had once watched and found the same to be great and really motivational. Hope it helps you to some extent! All the best.
Feeling low and disappointed thoda motivation dedo koi bhai log.
Not sure if it'll help.
motivation is a deadly circular if it comes from outside. We feel low & depressed => we watch videos, read stuff to motivate us => our mind gets that sweet dopamine, we get a bit happier (temporarily), but still we may procrastinate. So, now the next time our mind makes it easier to fall into same trap of feeling low because it again wants us to do all that similar stuff which gave it pleasure last time (escapism). If we always try to get 'motivated' whenever we feel like shit, this cycle will only keep getting shorter and hinder our progress. So, just say f**k it and start doing stuff. Starting is the biggest hindrance, tell your mind that ok lets do this for 5 mins, if I still dont feel like studying, then we quit, but we have to start no matter what. Then obviously nobody study entire time, keep some time in your schedule to do welpanthi (but not fb, instagram. Why? because ADHD thats why) as well so we dont get exhausted.
