It wasn't a prediction. It's a calculated and logical guesswork. Mains 2017 can be either in April or in june (after Upsc's cse). So result will be accordingly. April re hele March end re result or jadi June 16th(after Rajo) pare mains karanti then may re result asi pare. BT ebe kichi predict kari hauni seeing the sincerity of the new Chairman. Regarding cut off,its highly unpredictable. Coz it depends on relative performance of others. BT I alys assume that I am clearing cut off and writing mains. BT that I stay focused and use that time in a productive manner. y yo waste time in assumptions and presumptions when many things are extraneous!
