1. Abt Odisha you can refer Odisha.gov.in site. 2. Mix of factual and opinion based. 3. The exam for these posts are being conducted for the first time in odisha. Duties involves executing the resolutions of the politically elected council apart from regular municipal functions as per article 243w. Place of postings may vary from corporation to NAC areas of Odisha. 4. However it's not clear whether they will draw 7th pay commission salary or not. Because in the opsc ad older salary figures are mentioned whereas for odisha civil service ads opsc itself mentions the 7th PRC scales. That's all I know bhai. Hope it helps.
