Cracking UPSC in 5 Months.

I am in the UPSC preparation circle for 2 years. But didn't read anything due to personal problems. I am quite aware of the society and materials to be read for UPSC.
Will I be able to crack UPSC 2018 if I prepare full time for the next 5 months from today(29 Dec 2017)?
Kindly suggest me your opinions and tips. Thank You.

PS: It will be better if the successful candidates and people who have went for interview answer this thread. So that others can be benefitted from this.

Prelims, yes. Provided you devote 14 hours a day.

Mains, no. Unless you got your optional prepared.
