Guys i have been at home since 4 years. Started prep prev yr in aug only. Since jan i was figuring out things. But am loosing my momentum now.. i am facing a hard time sitting on table atleast for an hour. I just feel bored and then anxious and then random thoughts Gave 1 attempt only.
Wat do i do to avoid this and bring back momentum?

Wat do i do to avoid this and bring back momentum?
Probably these few things may help you out:
1. Join any prelims test series- insights (recommended). They have weekly test and schedule. So it will help you to have a plan for the coming months. 2. Make a target to call study atleast 8 hours a day irrespective of the breaks 3. Allocate time to relax, friends, family and your hobby 4. Give other exams too along with UPSC 5. Add diversity to your preparation - books+videos+you explaining topics to others+feedback with other aspirants
I did go through the phase you are facing now, but I chose to join a job so that I could add diversity to th preparation phase. So may be you can explore this job waala option too.
My momentum generally begins once the notification is out. That becomes my trigger. So look for your trigger points too.
I feel this is part of every aspirants struggle phase. Do look for a mentor who can guide you at such low phases.
