Hey all, where can i read good foreign policy articles from indian point of view.
Eg recent happenings of closure of diplomatic mission and continuous downfall of relations between Us and Russia , how is this development going to be for India.
How will India tread in such kind of scenario where there is no international order appearing at present.
How do you people anticipate like where will wind move in IR?
Eg - As Russia is active in Afghanistan , how India can use this in its favour or it is a reason for worry. Etc etc etc
Kindly enlighten. Thanks in advance.

RUSSIA IN AFGHAN FOR 'Containing the Drug Trade, ISIS and America'
While Moscow is eager to make inroads in Kabul to restrain Islamic State from taking ground, even if that means bolstering the Taliban presence, India sees the latter as an emerging security threat. Indeed, Delhi has long declared the Taliban to be the biggest threat to security stemming from Afghanistan, and one which India has ambitions to confront.

Another factor for the Russian involvement could be the need to tackle the growing menace of the Islamic State in Afghanistan. Moscow takes very seriously Islamic State statements threatening attacks against its interests, especially in the aftermath of the downing of the Russian airliner in Egypt and the more recent St. Petersburg metro bombings which have been attributed to the group. Further, Russia’s support to the Assad government in Syria is also bound to attract the wrath of the Islamic State.
