Personal feuds and inciting mobs to commit violence or spreading rumours to incite violence or create animosity. ye sab alag alag cheez hai. Banglore me bhi north eastern people ka exodus hua tha fb and Whatsapp rumours ke jariye. Thoda akal lagao. Agar aise sabko jail me daalne lage to half of the social media users will be behind the bars in no time. Agar tumhare comments se kisi city ya state me riots, exodus etc ho jate hain then you will be arrested. Itna grave comment kar diya tha?
