sorry 2 say @Chacha_Chaudhary ji but Hernia and restless_time are at least 1 saal ka record hai (even if tukka). no offence 2 fuhrer but he has never predicted exact cutoff...he used 2 evade the numbers and tell more about result dates...i guess after @india and @bond_007 orkut era, such insider infos vanished.

Bhai phir agar koi officer kuch public Mein bol deta h..that annoys political masters ...then why is he transferred or charged for violating service rules .....
wo alag issue hai... wo to tum koi rule break na b karo to b charge kar diye jao ge..... transfer kar di jaye gi agar politicians ko pasand na aaye to .
