Exactly..Yes cutoff 101 b ho sakta hai we never know.. and 1-2 more correct questions can bring him 105+ ..
if u r obc u have a fair chance... if gen hope for 1/2 ans to be correct on doubtful QUS... nobody can guess cutoff... it cld be 101 as well... last yr nobody thought its 116...so prepare in case u clear.... don't be depressed from now... there is enough time for it after result is declared..
