SUBJECT : change in OBC reservation issue.
Respected sir,
Indian constitution and various governments have provided various safeguards for the advancement of backward sections of society,reservation being one of the most prominent instrument for ensuring social mobility.
This year questions are being raised pertaining to reservation being given to OBC's in UPSC.
My only concern is that due diligence must be exercised before diluting/changing the stated policy of reservation.
If at all there is a change in the policy in prelims stage then it must be communicated to aspirants so that there is no room for ambiguity.
We are not against any other section of the society. Our only concern is that the rights of OBC's should not be diluted or tampered without due diligence as future of lakhs of aspirants are at stake.
