  • I took out the caste card and got concession at library.
  • So, what exactly brings bliss to mind?.

I firmly believe that we are a complex construct with surface and depth, just like ocean.
Turbulence is on the surface and we in general live at surface of ourselves. Our mind remains troubled.
However, the bliss we all want in life is at the abyss of ourselves.
Thus, there seems a linear relation,as far as blissfulness of mind is concerned as we travel from the surface to the bottom of ourselves.

Thus it is clearly evident from the analysis above that in order to be happy in our life one needs to travel inwards.
Now this hypothesis must be able to explain some observations related to mine as well as others life.
I have observed that as I write diary, it has medicinal effect. Even if i am finding myself very restless, upon making diary entry calm spreads over mind and I start to feel even sleepy because of relaxation I get.

I searched long and long for infinite happiness..but never found one..evn voyage did not end..i asked my Lord, why hav u created something which lies beyond infinity..thn God told-the disanc betwn 0-1 is equal to 1-infinity..i asked how ?? He replied-if u move from 1 to infinity straight and from 1 to 0 inverted..every no. beyond 1 lies in the 1..
  • "Sometimes we think being strong means not giving in to our emotions.
But that's not strength; that's denial and resistance.
Real power comes from being vulnerable enough to feel whatever we feel.

Feel the feeling, then release it.

It's not enough to talk about them.

Talking about our feelings is different from surrendering to and feeling the emotional energy."
