Reservation criteria : OBC gather here

I am flummoxed to find a thread which talks about revisiting the reservation policy of upsc... which has already been labelled as flawed by many..
first of all reservation is not a dole given to us ...it is our constitutional right..
any change in the criteria means that less in take of obc..i.e. less than mandated 27 %... and that too on arbitrary considerations....
so i request all obc candidates to gather here and protect your rights which has been guaranteed by the constitution...
if need be we should sent counter petitions demanding our true and legitimate rights.....
