We can answer it by including family culture as well.. Which sometimes values economic well-being of its own members disregarding ethical considerations.. Economics dimensions need to be multifaceted in this question...Economics of polity...Social economy.....Etc..

Coffee plantation flourishes @ north east Brazil and northern /eastern ghats in India because coffee plant hates direct sunlight.
I am unable to understand why direct sunlight will not be there @ north eastern part.

Yaar not sure is north east india has coffee plants. They r mostly in Baba budan hills of western ghats. Anyways shayad north east me purvanchal belt of himalaya se shelter milta hoga. not sure though.
Bhaillg..can we mention some act while solving case studies..like envit act..liability act..child lar act....i think this can backfire as they r asking ethical angle and not legal....Doc choti singh or anyvodyelse..enlighten me bhai..
I believe one can use acts appropriately but should avoid overdoing. Acts are laws, Abiding laws are always ethical for both citizens and public servant. One can say abiding law is an essential part of social and political stability of a region. One may not be agree with the law, But one has to follow it. It all boils down to how u use them.
Example : Suppose u r a SDM of some district of kerala, You find that the district is badly affected by elephants. They often invade villages and destroy crops and plants, even caused casuality many times. What would be ur course of action? I thing in such scenario Wildlife protection act has to be mentioned. After all civil servants are law implementing machinery. Its only my personal opinion. Suggestions are welcome.
