We read things but we do not understand them. Even if we would have given our representation UPSC would have taken a independent and rational decision. Last year when obc were mobilizing we had the same hopes.
As of now people dont hate reservation they want it to change. Continue this for a longer time and the discontent will only grow stronger until it converts into hate. With the reducing opportunity for a normal candidate I dont find that time too far.
If people here cant have appetite for a little change what chance does India have with all its myriad pressures.
I am disappointed more than anything with this action.
India bhai said 109 cut off for gen category last year to quell the rising tension and then later deleted that post a day before the result
they had this plan to keep cut off low and then work to mobilize simultaneously so that people dont complain.

after deducting all controversial questions i am getting 103.44 marks ..in controversial questions i have marked: 1. IVC = 1 & 3 2. Right to vote = constitutional 3. Butterfly = 1,2,&3

Is haal pe to fir 1-2 number se choot sakta hai ya u may b in by 2 marks. Upsc knows
