My arguments for constitutional
1. We, the people of India having solemnly resolved to constitute ourselves into a sovereign, socialist, secular, Democratic ....
2. Art 326- adult suffrage. Suffrage literally means rtv.
3.61st amendment- everybody above 18 can vote.
4. Pri- schedule xi- all members above the age of 18 shall be members of gram Sabha and can vote in PR elections.
5. Right to get elected supported explicitly by
Article 16 in The Constitution Of India 1949
Equality of opportunity in matters of public employment
There shall be equality of opportunity for all citizens in matters relating to employment or appointment to any office under the State
No citizen shall, on grounds only of religion, race, caste, sex, descent, place of birth, residence or any of them, be ineligible for, or discriminated against in respect or, any employment or office under the State
6. NCERT - the baap of all Cs books and experts calls it constitutional.
Representation of people act is supposed to elaborate on this constitutional provision for the purpose of conduct of elections.

na bhai aisa nahi hai. 110 se 120 pahochne k liye thoda sa luck chahiye bas preparation same hirehta hai. I marked Lok sabha election, npci, soil health card, kottayam to kohima, western ghats type chuddu qstn wrong. dont know kya dimag me aaya us samay. Overthinking types chutspa ho gaya.

Bhai PIL daal do... Itna sab hone k baad me bhi RTV ko legal kyun mana jata hai... seriously. Grave injustice with this Right to Vote yaar. saala constitutional hona chahiye but hai Legal hi.
