called upsc on 3 diff numbers today for da first time. upsc main no ....8591 : lady picked,she had no clue,said resut usualy take 2 mnths,so wil b released in augst end. farid sir no. : definately in aug 1st week other no. : no ifno
conclusion : 99% by 28th,most probably on 28th itself. m asyng this becoz last yr also they did da sam thng..kept on sayng next week,but reslt declared much earlier.
