UPSC is pil ke dar se results jaldi nikal rahi kya? Kameenepan ke liye to waise b mashhoor hai commission jab 2015 me admit card nikal diya tha prelims ke time jab exam delay hone ki baat chal rahi thi.

i was talking about sbi po mains man...upsc ka aptitute uske comparison m kuch bhi nahi tha..

yaar SC me do baate hogi ya to santra ka Pil baseless hogi for judges to wo waise bhi kuch nahi karne wale to tension kyo lena ... ya fir pil me dam hoga to SC me kuch hone wala hai ... ab PIL me dam hai to yaha baith ke santra ko gali kyo dena...... ab 3rd scenario ye ho sakta hai ki logo ko SC ke judges par bharosa na ho to bhai UPSC par kaise bharosa kar sakte hai ....

- I told sir what happens if the result come out on the mean while, bola u think we are mad to stay the result of public service commission.

What I feel will happen next,
UPSC will justify the questions, the court will accept, n dismiss the petition.

I am surprised, as a law student Santra was unable to distinguish between Personal Interest & PIL. This knowledge could have helped in making the case marginally stronger. Anyways Good Job! Best of Luck for the exam!

It happens yaar, first time. I saw the technicalities involved and trust me, the format of filing papers is very very insane.

Also, i dont know what santra said, but if he had argued on maintaining the sanctity of one of premier exams of the country by asking for official grievance redressal system for registering ambiguity in questions(Which is not there in UPSC right now and we cant afford to visit court or MP all the time), it could have got the angle of PIL.

But its okay, still hope is there. UPSC is still bound to reply. Santra did the unimaginable stuff and we will be behind him with all the support and suggestions till this case reaches its logical conclusion.

actually not being a PIL will just tone the case down but its effects will be same. An important thing is that the case is admitted. If any question is still proved to be ambiguous the result will apply to all of us. Therefore effect will be same as that of PIL

As an Advocate let me point out that unless SC sense palpable/manifest illegality, it will not stay UPSC results...

The point which SC has obviously missed out is by framing questions that too in large number which is open to subjective interpretation smacks of arbitrariness.. and arbitrariness is an enemy to rule of law...
