Atleast 8 qus doubtfull horse,butterfly,ncs,cabinet,cloning (there is a therapeutic cloning with same method), upi, voating, kakatiya..

In such circumstances no cutoff prediction can b reliable

bhai cloning aur UPI doubtful nahi h ..yeh dono apke man ke behem h ...therapeutic cloning vagerah itne deep mein na koi soch sakta h GS paper mein na hi wo question ka intention hoga ....apna answer sahi karne ke lie you may google anything and everything

What I feel horse and kakitya are debatable as they are historical facts , bakiyo ke liye there will be concrete answer that UPSC will consider

Kakatiya question has been lifted straightaway from tmh/upkar where answer is NELLURU!!!(I have marked Masuli)

wIhile answering this question and other two related to DPSP and vote to right i knew that these questions will be hugely debated.....i ended up being on the other side of the majority..all my 3 answers are wrong as per the keys.

just gone through Fadia and Fadia (INdian Adminsitration)...seems DPSP are limitations and not limitations at the same time ......while they SHALL be fundamental and MUST be followed in governance ...they are not enforceable.....

For cabinet question.....I m inclined to accept this argument ....and i wish this is true.....i thought on the same lines and marked B..may b i over interpreted..

Thanks,lets see,I do have a slight hope but I decided not to meddle with upsc anymore If i failed this time and consider this attempt as my last as it looks I am not talented enough for this exam when people r easily getting beyond 140 in any kind of paper.Ha ha, if not for my obc reservation i could never pass prelims.

Haan mujhe bhi lagta hai because it's explicitly written purpose. SFB may or may not finance start up but certainly that is not the purpose.

Last year I did explain a lot of controversial questions after doing some research, even if I marked something else I stood for the correct option. It bore no fruit, no one will accept if he is wrong, they will come up with stupid sources and explanations which has no relevance. It's a futile exercise.
But I will add my 2 cents on 2 questions, as it could help some souls.

1) Cabinet form of government

My arguments : 1) just read the question carefully again without keeping ur marked option in mind, one will surely come to option C
2) the question asked "Principle" of cabinet form. Do you believe speeding up things can be a "Principle in any political system" If you do I cant help.
3) Fastest decisions are made when only one person takes decision. That's presidential form of government. Most speedy. If u don't believe see what trump has done in first month of his office.
4) There is no Cabinet in presidential form of government, as both are mutually exclusive. (For those idiots who are saying President can also have cabinet)
5) Laxmikant says cabinet is for speeding up things, true but it's in comparison to council of minister(as it has more member so more time for arriving on consensus). Speeding up is relative and not absolute.
6 ) confusion is because India has both cabinet and council of ministers, but many countries only talk about cabinet.
7) cabinet form of govt is just another name of parliamentary form. google it if u r not agree.
8) option C states it's a form of "Parliamentary democracy" which is completely true. And ultimately Lok Sabha is responsible to people. It's a transitive relationship so yes Cabinet is responsible to people also.
9) Just read option B. To speed up things as work load increases day by day? seriously day by day? uske liye staff badhaye jate hai political system hi change nahi kia jata.

Answer is 100% C.



2) Butterfly

my arguments..

1) Butterfly in some case help increase in fungus as they transport spores of fungus to other areas. No way their extinction can "Drastically increase" Fungus.

Bhai 75 percent PSL hai. PSL includes weaker section and as per rbi weaker sections include women, SHG, NRLM, NULM-DAY, self employment etc. 25 percent mandatorily rural branches hai uski. Now imagine what these schemes do and what rural focus of sfb will do together. S1 and S2 are direct objectives and S3 implicit. Hence all three should be there. I have marked 1 and 2 but it will be wrong. There is no reason to eliminate S3 taking above factors and they are objwctive interpretation. Upsc goes with wider interpretation and all three must be true.

Exactly... I think at max 2 ques are doubtful bas. IVC and Right to Vote.
And Right to vote ka ab constitutional he lag rha hai mujhe, after that NCERT pic and latest Sc judgement.

Bas IVC be debatable hai in my view. All other questions are now well settled.
