There are already 3-4 people with 951 in the list so most probably 1-2 on 951 could be there.

we can get rough estimate of it,,,if we know d scores(optional) of the 3 people who r selected with 951 marks.As scores are arranged in order

See the list, roughly 4-5 obc on each mark. Average is 4-5 only, sometimes 6 smtimes 3. So it comes to same. This time marks are inflated so cramming of ranks will not ne as much as last year.

from 614 to 954 ranks are candidates from reserve category i.e.340, out of which 244 are obc. Marks difference is 37 i.e from 951 to 988. So, for each marks there are approx. 6.5 candidates. Therefore, candidates scoring around 940 may be in included in reserve list.
