Prelims cutoff can be guessed and even the range of PT marks to an extent.But how can you guess mains cut off ?
PS:-My bet on 690-700 for general cat.A wild guess
1209 seat hai sir is bar , last year se 55 jyada, to cut off upar kaise jayegi jabki is bar on an avg sabne charo GS paper milake 6-7 sawal ya to blank chhoda hai ya 0 marks ka shit likha hai 2page me 678 thi gen ki , IMO 670-85 k beech hogi @Cremator k hisab se 665 hai
the increased number of seats is compensated by easier optional papers such as in pub admn so my guess is cutoff will remain in same range as last year ie 670-680
100 marks gs sabka galata hai to optional easy hone se kya ho jayega , optional me philosphy ,sociology ,law ka result dekh hi liya hoga ab marks bhi dekhna aap , psir ka bhi whi hal hai

Easy GS4(almost all finished within time unlike last year) plus optional papers. Anyway UPSC ki Maya hai.Cutoff 564 jaYe ya 864,nobody can know till 10-15th june.
PS:-Essay marks will shock many souls especially women wala.
