agar mains m marks badhe h cutoff.. toh interview ka role kaise badh jaega.. bhai swagger tum kuch bhi bolte ho yaar..
Mains marks jitne bhi jaaye usse matlab nhi hain. Cut-ff se 40--45 marks ke window mein more than 50 percent janta reh rahi hain kucch saalo se. This trend suggest that to be in the list one has to score minimum of 160-170 marks in the interview to be in the list. Aur board ab itne aasani se marks nhi de rahi. You can refer last year interview marks.
bhai last year selected logo m... 80% janta 160+ thi.. insight ka analysis dekha tha mene..

Mains marks ko refer karo. Interview ke nhi. Aur jin logo ka kata hain unka interview marks and then mains marks. Tab complete PT ka sense milega. Aur yaha forum pe hi dekh lo log apne bhailog 200 marks pe depend hain to get selected (Main be they are too conservative in their estimate but still). Ab 200 marks milega kisiko to list mein to hoga hi aur according to you 80% waala sample mein bhi fit baithega (Reference: Insights). But reality to ye hain ki mains just clear hua hain. To selection kaun decide kar raha hain mains ka marks ya interview. Aur main last year ka atleast 20 logo ko jaanta hu jo interview ke wajah se select huye hain aur bahar bhi. I belong to later category.
