No idea about Kakatiya port. I skipped that.
As far as IVC is concerned, it is A for sure. People cried themselves hoarse over the babur question and the counterequatorial current question in 2015. At one point, I think we had a dozen evidences from IMD to NOAA scientists affirming that counterequatorial current is due to rotation of the earth. UPSC went with convergence, which was verbatim mentioned in the NCERT.
RS Sharma itself cites 3 evidences for horse presence in IVC: A superficial level in Mohenjodaro has revealed it, a dubious terracota figurine has, and of course the remains at Surkotada. UPSC doesn't need to dig deep. They're not that conscientious.

Ismeiṅ toh clearly "unfamiliar" word likh raha hai. Baaki kahin pe yeh type ka word nahiṅ dikha. Ncert mein bhi assumptions hi maar rahe log ke familiar tha based on those 3 vague evidences.
