Agriculture optional for 2018

Hi. Is there anyone planning to take agriculture optional in 2018 ?

Comments

  • yup.. I am taking agriculture as optional..
  • Forestry is a better optional. But Agriculture is second best i guess.

Is there any credible fellow giving any guidance?
  • the only difficult thing is collection of study material..
  • @shubhaml @sidda I think agriculture has parts of GS syllabus also so opted for it. It's true that it's difficult to consolidate study material and then start preparation. Do you want to make a small whatsapp group for agriculture ? we could share sources and come up with a schedule. Let me know.
  • Came across this useful link for IFoS preparation. Called them and they say Geology and Agri optional will also feature shortly. Courses are by IFoS officers

sounds good. Thanks. Will you enroll in it ?
  • Non agril graduate, plz donot opt for agriculture. Instead go for Forestry as it is very lucid to understand, limited books, related with GS of geography and environment upto more than fifty per cent.

Mentioning this as I am a Agril graduate and cse -2015 mains qualifier. Interview Failed :'(
