Most of the points covered. I used mix of points and paragraphs in almost all the answers..to ensure continuity and specificity.
Writing speed is not a problem..if you have practiced enough mocks.. Neatness(no overwriting) and flow is more imp than great handwriting..
Remembering the key words of topics which must be replicated in the answers.. Eg buddism known for simplicity and lack of extraveganza clearly depicted in the monument as a whole.. In SCS..keywords/key stats were new global order, $5t worth trade passing.. ,US pivot to east,(If these 3 words alone are mentioned I beileve entire geopolitics is explained)..
Vision IAS magazines are good but not sufficient(especially to earn an edge). Eg delhi establishment act.. hindu covered it for almost a week in 2015..
Regarding formal test series..only 4-6 papers needed..all the intro-conclusion-committe addition-facts addition and case mention,. aspects are recommeneded every time.. and after a point there evaluation seems monotonous..We generally try to findout whether this or that...In essence, writing mocks at fixed intervals is more imp. to improve marks than getting them evaluated by someone necessarily..
Getting the books read once before pre helps a lot..to focus on writing later on..especially in optional...
