UPSC 2016 has asked Environment questions directly from it like TEEB, GIAHS etc atlest topics were known and we can surf them online. These were only updated only in/after Jun 2015 editions. Same goes with environment funds. All other like species, conventions, protocols, meets etc can be read from wiki, paper and any current affair magazine.
