Let's stop giving the RIP messages.My request. If people ask for 35 open,we wil get crowds similar to the one in UPA'S regime. But we wil have to work using technology (like NaMo did for victory )and planning and also keep writing state and prepare.

Lack of right strategy, blind faith on one person and on budding netas of abvp who have no influence at all, over-confidence, concentration of information in few people, not considering suggestion of any member and not doing any paper work was the problem. Now, this is only the last resort to put blame on the people who have put everything in this for the sake of one extra attempt. Before that all the protest was very much successful as claimed by the leaders due to which the DOPT has agreed to your demand and sent the file to PMO for final approval. I informed the truth to you and the people at large but no one believed me, rather insulted me for giving false information. I drafted letter to be given to Sh. Rajeev Topnov, PS to PM and Sh. M. Sarvanan, PS to Minister of State and called you people on 08.02.17 but initially agreed but what you decided in the core group meeting under the influence of God Inder, no one came and we failed to represent in the PMO. Make it Administrative work by representing in a rightful manner and not make it just a police work by protesting in high security zone, you better know the result of such protest. I am put to departmental vigilance training for 10 days, not in Delhi even don’t have time to read so many instant massages but definitely contributing in different way. You have added me on watsapp group & people are abusing all who were not present without knowing their background, place & contribution. Each member of this group is important. Please don’t play this blame game. After all we all are student of same poor background, can commit mistake but rather repenting on the mistake and blaming others we should step forward. I am so much depressed now a days that even I dream regarding attempt. Last night GOD Vishnu came in my dream and asked the reason of my worry and depression. I told him that the govt. is not responding to my demand of extra attempt. GOD made a call to the minister who said “we have already given sufficient attempts to all the candidates and even to candidates of 2011 in 2015 as this issue was raised in the parliament and the government gave an assurance in the Parliament on 04.08.2014 regarding the additional attempt to such candidates in CSE 2015. The candidates, who had taken attempts in CSE in 2012, 2013 or 2014, had got sufficient time to prepare and acclimatize themselves with the new pattern of General Studies Paper II (Aptitude Test) introduced in CSE 2011. Moreover, such candidates got the benefit of relaxation in terms of age and attempts in CSE 2014. The changes introduced in CSE rules 2015 did not cause any disadvantage to the examinees as it made general studies Paper-II merely a qualifying paper. In view of the aforesaid in-dept examination of the issue in compliance of the directions given by the Hon’ble CAT, DOP&T is of the considered view that the candidates who were eligible to take CSE 2011 but did not avail the same, thus not having lost any chance and the candidates who had taken subsequent examinations viz CSE 2012, 2013 & 2014 had considerable time to be acquainted with the changed patter/scheme of examination, do not deserve to be given an additional chance to appear in CSE. The government has worked out the data of those people who have taken benefit of the additional attempt given by the Govt. in 2014 & 2015 and got selection. Now, there is no justification of additional chances to be given to these candidates to appear in the CSE 2017. He further elaborated that Baswan Committee Report is lying on his table and he has to implement that also in 2018 which has recommended the reduction of age but when government would consider the implementation of this report would also give some relaxation period, at that time the government would definitely consider their demand also (2011-2014). The issue is now more complicated as the criterion of OBC category has changed now, but candidate got selection on previous criterion in OBC category from 2011-2014. Now if government grant attempt to people of 2011-2014 what should be the criterion of the OBC category is to be explained by the M/o Law & Justice. How can government give attempt without the approval of the agenda in the all party meeting as UPSC is a constitutional body?” Suddenly I woke up and my dream could not complete. Now, what I can make out of my dream, that the chances of getting attempt in 2017 is very bleak but still not vanished and the chance to get written assurance for the attempt in 2017 and 2018 (irrespective of year) still exist. BJP is getting negative feedback from UP. If we people could host flash protest in Allahabad, Varanasi, Raiberale, Amethi, Azemgarh & other important cities where the election are to be held in next four phases upto 8th March, the attempt would be confirmed in a flash of second as the core team of BJP is working hard in these areas and send daily report to P office for deliberation on all points. Yes I know, it is not easy to hold protest in these far-flung areas without any logistic support. But, we have many intelligent; hard working & dedicated members with iron will in this group they can find the way out to this problem, above all you are UPSC candidate can solve any problem. We can do this task by putting some money in it and by seeking the support of congress, SP, and BSP even if that is not possible we can at least cover important Railway station & bus stop of UP with posters. The top leadership is deliberating daily on the feedback report in the night as you people deliberate on your issue in the night, the media & all politicians are busy in UP. Make it happen in the feedback report than I can do my little bit. All administrative excuse are failed before the political motive. You can also give one Memorandum to Sh. Rajeev Topnov, PS to PM with all your negative comments on broken promises by the rss/abvp. Last but not the least, Continue your protest irrespective of notification and year, you will definitely win. Please decode my dream to make your dream come true and work out all justification of negative comments of the government. Now, this is not the fight for attempt only, this is fight for natural justice and to upheld our constitutional right of equality and I have decided to fight till end without blaming anyone, Even if I am standing alone in the field with my limited means.
