1. I think the writer confused between absolute age limit and age relaxation, while former will changer the latter won't for the "primary" citizens of india 2. Incase its correct, the govt won't accept this anamoly 3. Even if the govt accepts this, it will be implemented after a 2 yrs gap, till then rahul bhaiya the architect of increase in age limit will be in power and will throw the decision in dustbin
On a side and a lighter note .... i think the constitution should be amended and the citizenship provisions should clearly mention there are 2 categories of citizrns in india... the primary citizrns being the sc st obc and others being the secondary ir inferior citizens.... I think its justified after centuries of discrimination faced by them

I consider ur as ur only!! I dont seggrgte btwn caste among Urs.aftr ol subko barabar ki lagti hain. Btw!! Dont u think vertical stratification of caste is rapidly disapearing however,horizontal compartmentalization is getting more louder.
