Need Urgent suggestions Please: Whether to skip cse2017 and prepare for ssc.

Hi all!
I am in this UPSC loop since Oct'14 & had appeared in CSE 2015 and 16. Having failed to qualify CSP 2015 and getting a marks of approx105 in cse16, I am bit skeptical about future results. Henceforth, would it be advisable to skip cse 2017 and prepare for ssc exclusively? If so, then since when do you think should I dedicate myself wholly for ssc.

P.S- 2017 will be my last attempt at ssc owing maximum age limit of 27 years. With regard to other posts with age limit of 30 years, there are only few posts.

Kindly advise. Thanks!

From 2017 all posts having grade pay greater than or equal to 4200 age limit will be 30 years. Announced by ssc as per dopt guidelines.

If you could tell how do you plan to prepare from now onwards? I do not know that whether I should skip next cse or not. Any advice.

our state psc exams are a cakewalk compared to upsc.So i would not allocate time for preparing it.I believe i would pass because i have already passed in them without any preparation.Just now i would take up the job.Any thing could be said only after prelims results are out.
