Given pre in 13(no preparation)and 15(6 months prep). Not qualified.....this time also not prepared much....aug 15 to march 16 busy somewhere .should i or should i not?? *something inside me wants me to appear. Please advise
consider the worst case scenario----u do not qualify, it would mean that another year got wasted..but if u are not appearing, then also it is gettin wasted.. atleast give yourself a chance.. attempt bachane ka kyun sochte ho, u still would be left with 3 more..u wanna stretch it till 2019..?? that would mean 2020 selection, then 2 yrs training..so you would be an IAS officer in 2022..!!!!

@vijay_24 just go by what your heart says. But if your gonna give the exam, however be your level of preperation attempt exam with full confidence. Attempting exam with shaky mind will have real impact on exam.
