Since we all know that UPSC has made paper 2 as qualifying, so what could be the level of paper 2 as no one has even touched it since it was announced last year.
Can UPSC take this paper to the level of CAT or something like what management institute conduct for their entrance exam. If yes then what should be the strategy for the last 15 days. ( topics to be focused on)
