Just have a look on top three rank in hindi medium guys rank 62 ( anuradha pal) , rank 99 (gaurav) , rank 170 ( prem sukh)
1. They are from rural background and lower middle class family
2. Didn't have enough resources for prep (spcl heart touching story of gaurav Sir) as compared to English medium guys
3. There was nothing in their profile like iit , iim, mbbs, tag

But finally they made it in final list

WhIle EnglIsh medium guys (most of them) have every thing, they have proper guidence material, personality, background but many of them couldn't make it

Now question arises who are gems of this exam : English medium guys, most of them dont have problem in terms of resources and these Hindi medium guys.... who made it in adverse condition !!!

And we always see top English guys success story but always ignore struggle of regional language backgroud people!!!

This exam is designed to select the best people for services.But IIT IIM AIIMS NLU DU JNU etc people get top ranks (mostly) which overshadows such stories(Reason is obvious).People blindly run towards such people due to their achievements (like Virat Kohli and Messi phenomenon) because they relate with them.

This is India .Our idols are cricketers ,actors and singers.In future also nobody will ask for them .Tina Dabi is our topper,Roman Saini & Rachit Raj has lakhs of followers.

Nobody gives a fish about rank 344 or 532 or 999.99 .

Why we follow Tina dabI, gaurav agarwal, Roman sainin, rachit Raj and many more in top ranks ( max of them having convent schooling , graduate from reputed institutes, financially family support etc)
Aftr listening and reading their success story what we can achieve only strategy which they followed but not true inspiration !!'
