what does this line means ???

if some one is dismissed from govt psu job and he was on probation his confirmation was pending can these rules save him
that are prescried below _------


Sir it is written in our cda rules & as well as central civil rules , that if you are in probation and terminated then it is not penality , can these rules save me
I will be extrmely thankful if you can guide me on this


10) Reduction to a lower grade.
11) Compulsory retirement
12) Removal from service
13) Dismissal
Explanation: The following shall not amount to a penalty within the
meaning of this Rule:-
5) Reversion to his previous grade or post, of an employee appointed
on probation to another grade or post, during or at the end of the
period of probation, including any extension(s) thereof.
(6) Termination of Service:
a) of an employee appointed on probation, during or at the end
of the period of probation including any extension (s) thereof, in
accordance with the terms of his appointment;
b) of an employee appointed in a temporary capacity


can these rules apply and save me from order of dismmsal
is this compulsory for me to show of my dismisal before upsc i had work exp of only 1.2 year and leave of 1.6 year

You were under probation. The Organisation has the right to dismiss you from the services. You can contest their ground in court if you wish to.
