Now when longitudes of two locations are given just calculate the difference between the two:
for ex. the difference between 20 w and 70 w will be 50. Remember if 20e and 50w is given add them to get 70. This is because 20 e is left to centre line while 50 w is right to centre line: so total length between them is 70.
Whatever you result is multiply it by 4
Now in this question IST is 82.5e and shillong is 92 e. So difference is 92-82.5= 9.5
Multiplying it by 4, we get 38 mins.
It means shillong is 38 mins ahead of us. If it is 10 am in India, it means it is 10: 38 am in Shillong.

Just remember when you go to japan side you go ahead of time. When he crossed international date line he forgot that he had gone one day ahead.
(If you cross idl and go japan side you go one day ahead, remember this)
Use laga vo 5 ko utrega spain me but it was actually 6th. (Spain is a wonderful place and wonderful happy people, especially Barcelona. Go there after you clear exam)
Westward me we minus 1 day. Suppose you are in India and you wasted 22 september by playing all day. You go to America and find out that it is 21 september there. You can live 22 september again. See, you gained a day.

Now as you can see in photo, International date line beech me aati hai. There is 22 hours difference between both places.
a. You are at wellington and it is 5pm friday so Hawii will be 22 hours back means it is 7pm thurday in Hawaii when you sat in plane on 5pm friday.
b. You landed in Hawaii and checked that the time there is 2pm friday. Shuru kiya tha 7pm thursday ko hawaii ke hisab se. Total 19 hrs of flight time.
c. Now you left Hawaii at 6pm friday. Wellington will be 22 hours ahead means 4 pm saturday. To go back you will need again 19 hours flight time. So 4pm on saturday + 22 hours = 11 am Sunday.
These questions will probably not come in exam. Focus your energy at right place..
