Kindly help me out in this regard. As someone saying UPSC may have already prepared the question paper of Prelims-2016 so stop reading of current affairs.
How possible. UPSC has to get around 8 lacs copy of question paper and arrangement for examination center and lot of other work. They may already have invited questions from the faculties. Process of setting question paper is too long I feel.

There is no ideal time to start off. The sooner the better. For prelims you can start with the month of March. The current affairs are more relevant to the mains exam. In the prelims the current affairs are asked on a very small proportion. So you can continue studying current affairs till May that depends on how much you prepare. Brother can you please tell me, from which months does UPSC usually ask majority of questions. I understand that its from November to june, but does the number of questions from recents usually exceed the number from previous months? Just to know which parts i need to revise more
