Saptabhanginaya or syadvada and Anekantvada are the two aspects of Jainas philososphy i.e. relativistic and realistic pluralism. Saptabhanginaya is the logical and epistomological side, while Anekantvada is the metaphysical side.
According to Anekantvada, a thing has got infinite characteristics which are all separately and individually real. However, ordinary being can only know a few of these characters from a particular point of view. This is known as syadvada.
Our partial knowledge is naya nad judgement based on it is also called naya. THus, all our judgement should be qualified with the word 'syat'. Syat means relatively speaking.
When Syat is used in a judgement it can be interpreted in 7 different ways. It is known as 7-folded judgemnt or Saptabhanginaya. Thus, it is also a theory of relativity of knowledge.
Jainas are criticised on the ground that they have strong biasedness against absolutism. However, their basic philosophy makes them catholic and tolerant.

    Please review and give feedback.

Acha likha hai...Mitra se ho kya?? Mene bhi ye ans jab likha tha 1st time tab aesa hi likha tha...ye critic me thoda bata dete k absolutism ko back door se laya through anekantvad-syadvad, kevailya-ordinary knowledge...aur ahuruvat me likhte k anekantvad and syadvad 2 sides of same coin..baki content me to aesa hi likha...bakiyo ki kya rai hai?
  • Yar koi ek topic lete hain aur 4-5 answers likhte hain jisse topic cover ho jaye...jese aj Plato likha hai to wahi lete hain
  • Har roz 1-2 topic likhte hain..month end tak paper 1 ho jayega
  • Ok ek Indian aur ek Western kar sakte hain.
