These guys doesn't know..and the just say what they feel or wat their frens say.. U can apply any number of times.. Provided the email id and mobile number has to be different.. Last year I have applied twice.. With same name same dob same address.. I have got both my hall tickets.. Note.. Different email and different mobile. Complete registration of both part 1 and 2 at a time so that u don't mix up both registration numbers. This year also i will apply twice.. As a safety if my head doesn't give me leave.. I can take permission for 1 Sunday..working till Saturday..
True. Never personally tried it. Last year someone told me that even applicant's name or father's named is matched. @ramanpro
Its official notification is getting delayed. Reason is...... Seniors asking for 3 attempts will be given 4 attempts as upsc thinks its time to give them acche din.
There will be no mains for them direct after pt they will be sent to london for interview therafter they will be given the charge of district magistrates as they will be of 40 years by the time they finish their training.

Yes. The application with a higher registration ID only will be considered valid. This is not railway booking. @ramanpro
