    Those who have nothing to fear, have nothing to hide.

    They have already accepted that they fear litigation. So, we're stuck with a constitutional body that is afraid of constitutional remedies and an examination body that doesn't practice the lofty morals it preaches.

    UPSC can't certify itself to be trustworthy and fair and expect the country to accept it as a devine voice announcing from the sky. UPSC's credibility is at stake till it comes clean.

    This is just another sign of the death of democracy in this country. It's just power that calls the shots. Even a designated committee of parliamentarians doesn't have a say in the functioning of a public institution.

    Whose interests is the UPSC really looking after?
